Artivist Cafe

The fast-casual pop-up was built by The Copper Key Catering and Events and Parade Agency. Guus Wickenhagen, Executive Chef & Founder of The Copper Key Catering, created a responsibly and sustainably sourced menu of global flavors including a Southern Style BBQ Brisket over Creamy Yellow Brentwood Corn, a Yellow Curry with Japanese Eggplant and Beech mushroom over brown rice served vegan or with the option of Jidori chicken. 

The Cafe is working with progressive vendors for sourcing food product including Imperfect Produce, HomeBoy Industries, TOMS Coffee, Kind Snacks, LA Kitchen, and Zero Waste Co

All unused food products following the day’s close will be donated to LA Kitchen, an organization that reclaims healthy, local food that would otherwise be discarded, trains men and women who are unemployed for jobs, and provides healthy meals to fellow citizens. Artivist Cafe will also be raising direct funds through sales of the LA Kitchen products and a donation option for guests at checkout.
